What Is Guided Growth?
Guided Growth Subscriptions were created for caregivers who want trusted, affirming support throughout the year. Whether you’re noticing something new, feeling unsure, or simply want to check in now and then, these plans offer thoughtful, developmentally informed guidance that grows with your family.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a significant concern to begin. Sometimes, you just want help understanding whether something your child is doing fits within their unique developmental path—or whether a bit of extra support might be helpful, and what that support could look like.
This service is for caregivers only. Children are not seen directly, and this is not a diagnostic or therapy service.

If your child is over age 10 or you’re unsure whether a full evaluation might be a better fit, we are happy to help you explore the best option for your family.
What Kinds of Questions Can We Explore?
These consults are flexible and responsive. You don’t need a specific concern—just the kinds of questions that naturally arise while caring for a developing child.
Some examples include:

You're seeing big emotions or tricky behaviors and want ideas that are developmentally grounded

How Support Is Provided
Each subscription includes a tailored mix of live virtual meetings, asynchronous consults, developmental monitoring, and custom tools or resources to help you feel more confident and supported throughout the year.

Please note: All services are designed to be used within the 12-month subscription period, so families receive timely and consistent support.
Asynchronous Consults
You send a detailed question or short video update by email, and we send back a thoughtful, individualized video response. These consults offer insights, recommendations, or next steps, and can be used flexibly as questions come up.
Developmental Monitoring
Twice a year, you’ll complete a structured developmental rating scale. We’ll review your responses and provide a brief written summary with developmental insights and suggestions for support.
Personalized Toolkits
As needed, you’ll receive individualized materials tailored to your child’s profile and current needs. These might include:

Annual Strategic Planning + Midyear Review
Each year, you’ll complete a guided reflection to help map out your child’s strengths, challenges, and goals. We’ll respond with a live or asynchronous consult outlining how to prioritize support. We revisit this plan halfway through the year.
